We’re recruiting companions across Brisbane. This page covers what the work looks like specifically here – the areas we operate in, the client base, and the practicalities of working in this city. If you’re on the Gold Coast, see our Gold Coast escort jobs page.
Working as an escort in Brisbane
Brisbane is a strong market for this work and a comfortable one to work in. It’s large enough to sustain consistent demand and a genuinely diverse client base, but small enough that a professional agency reputation carries weight – which means better clients and fewer problems than a bigger city.
Since sex work was decriminalised in Queensland in August 2024, escort work here is recognised as work, with the same legal protections and workplace rights as any other job. There’s no licence to obtain and no registration to complete. Our guide to Queensland escort work laws explains what that means in practice.

Where you’d work
We take bookings across inner Brisbane and the surrounding suburbs. The areas we’re busiest in:
Brisbane CBD
corporate clients, hotel bookings, weekday demand
Fortitude Valley
evening and late-night, strong weekend trade
New Farm and Teneriffe
residential outcalls, often regular clients
Newstead and Hamilton
professional client base, apartment outcalls
West End and South Brisbane
mixed, with good weekend volume
Kangaroo Point
our incall location
St Lucia and the western suburbs
steadier, more regular-client weighted
You choose which areas you’re available for. Nobody is sent anywhere they haven’t agreed to.
Incall and outcall
Incall bookings run from our private, secure location in Brisbane. It’s maintained by us, it’s discreet, and there’s no cost to you for using it. This matters more than it sounds – hosting at home is the single biggest privacy and safety risk independent workers take on, and working from our location removes it completely.

Outcall bookings are to hotels and private residences. The address is verified before you travel, we organise your transport, and travel and arrival form part of the check-in process.
Most companions do both. Some do only one. That’s your call, and you can change it whenever you like.
The Brisbane client base
Realistically, most of your bookings will come from three groups.

Corporate and business travellers
Concentrated in the CBD and the hotel districts, mostly weekday evenings. Generally straightforward, time-conscious bookings.

Local professionals
This is where the most stable income sits – a handful of regulars is worth considerably more than a stream of one-off bookings, and it’s the part of the work that most surprises people who assumed it would all be strangers.

Event and occasion bookings
Around the city’s conference, sport and event calendar, which creates predictable seasonal peaks.
Every one of them is screened by our reception team before it reaches you.
Hours and availability
You set your own availability, and you can change it week to week.
Brisbane’s demand pattern is fairly consistent: weekday evenings from around 5pm through late, with a solid weekend trade, and a quieter but reliable daytime market of business clients and people working non-standard hours. Late-night availability is where the most consistent volume sits, though it isn’t compulsory.
Plenty of our companions work part-time around study, other work or family. There’s no minimum commitment and no roster you’re locked into.
What you’d earn
Companions working with us earn in the range of $5,000 to $15,000 per week. That figure is what you take home – it’s your earnings after our split, not gross bookings.
Where you land depends almost entirely on hours, consistency and whether you work peak times. Companions at the upper end are treating this as a full-time commitment. Companions doing a few bookings a week around other things sit lower, and that’s a perfectly valid way to work.
Our split is 50/50, with no deductions on top.
We don’t charge you for photography, advertising, profile setup, incall room hire or admin.
Cash bookings are paid nightly, at the end of your shift.
Card bookings are transferred to your bank account weekly.

Before deciding, we’d encourage you to speak to someone outside this agency. Respect Inc is Queensland’s peer-led sex worker organisation and runs a drop-in service in Brisbane offering free, confidential advice from people who’ve done this work. Scarlet Alliance is the national body.
Neither is connected to us. Both are worth talking to.
How to apply
Applying is confidential and there’s no obligation at any stage. Apply through the form on our escort jobs page. It goes to our recruitment team, not the booking line. We’ll come back to you to arrange an informal conversation, in person or by phone, where you can ask anything you want. Nothing is published and nothing is committed to until you’re certain.
Our FAQ answers the questions we’re asked most.
